Tailor your improvement project

Whilst improvement projects often have similarities, no two projects are ever the same. That’s why Life QI v3 gives you the flexibility to add or remove elements in a project and tailor it for your specific needs!

Maybe you want a second Driver Diagram? Some additional fields of information for your charter? Or perhaps a new task list?  No problem.  You can add these to one of the existing pages of your project, or even add completely new pages if you wish!

Our standard project layout is remaining the same, providing consistency where required. Plus, if your organisation uses our Workflows add-on, you will be able to create your own project templates and workflows. This includes the facility to allow or limit the ability of staff to add or remove project pages and fields and to adjust the layout.

In summary, you will be able to make changes to individual projects by adding pages and fields.  If those changes are required systematically across many projects you can create a project template using Workflows.
